I love vegetables in an almost-dangerous-kind-of-way. They're just so delicious. And the best part about eating vegetables is that you can eat so many of them. I'm a volume eater, really.

I also have a dog named Sheldon, and I love him. He's one of those dogs with "personality." I think that's how people nicely say, "Your dog has way too much energy, and I don't know how you put up with him." I put up with him because he's awesome. If I wanted a lap dog I would have gotten a cat. Just saying.
I eat locally whenever possible, and am probably a little too proud of the fact that I'm from Minnesota. Admit it though, we do grow some mean vegetables.
